Wonderful friends’ trip

The Louis X was the perfect place for our friends’ trip to the Bourbon Trail. We rented the whole hotel for 8 couples. The dining room space was used for our meals (that we took turns preparing in our individual suites) and to gather for card games and to watch sports on the 2 televisions. The October weather allowed us to enjoy the private patio. Each suite was well equipped and offered the opportunity for some quiet time if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the most perfect weekend celebrating the happy wedding couple!

From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit at your hotel and venue! The outdoor area was perfect on a warm summer night. The bride and bridesmaids were able to have plenty of space to get ready for the wedding-but enjoy all being together. It was the most perfect venue!

Amazing Setup

This place was exactly what I was hoping it’d be. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well decorated while the patio and event space offered a perfect place for our large group to hang out together. They were also thoughtful enough to leave useful materials for us like speakers, large trash bags, tv/tv remote, waters. All things that made it feel very accommodating. The location was also a perfect mix of feeling like you had space to yourselves, while still being close enough to walk to restaurant, bars, activities nearby. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose this place in a heartbeat. Even better than I was hoping.

Amazing venue and exceptional service

My company rented out the LouisX for a corporate mastermind with fifteen people and i can’t say enough about how great this experience was, it really was amazing. The rooms were incredibly clean, the bar area with tables was perfect for our group, and the outdoor patio space was great to connect and unwind in the evenings. Melissa went above and beyond, she was absolutely fantastic, flexible, and quick to reply. She helped us find an amazing caterer, worked with me to set things up exactly how we needed, arranged local drapery for our backdrops, and allowed us to send packages ahead of time so everything was ready when we arrived. Her team even surprised our community with a cooler of drinks and some snacks as a thank you, which was such a nice touch. I’ve done events before where I had to juggle multiple people to coordinate everything, but this time we had a lot going on with a show in town and I didn’t have to worry about any of it. I could focus on our group and what we were there to accomplish while Melissa and her team handled everything behind the scenes. I also spoke with Clint and Jamie, a couple of the owners of the building, and they were both incredibly professional and great to deal with. We’re very thankful we were able to host our event there and will absolutely be back again next year. I highly recommend the LouisX to anyone looking to host a corporate retreat, mastermind, or any kind of event where you want to bring your team or community together, connect, without worrying about everything else going on behind the scenes. Ask for Melissa, you’ll be glad you did!

Amazing!

Wonderful venue, great service, thoughtful owners, and best time of my life! This was a much needed vacation and my experience with Branden and his team helped all in our party enjoy the absolutely beautiful space they created, which was more than I expected. I mean the property, decor, amenities were Top Tier! To have everything in one place and so well thought out made me feel valued and safe. I will DEFINITELY enjoy their services again!

Amazing Experience!

We had an amazing experience staying at Louie X! We were 8 couples so we took up all 8 rooms. Each room was a unique reminder of all Louisville Kentucky has to offer. Rooms were very comfortable, spacious, clean and private. Our other favorite space was the Louis X outdoor patio. It was perfect for having our after dinner drinks and talks about our day doing the bourbon tastings and tours. Whether for one couple or 8 couples, I highly recommend Louis X as the place to stay when visiting Louisville Kentucky.

This is The PLACE for your group!!!

I don’t even know where to begin But trust me when I say, this is the place!!! It was so perfect for our group of 8 couples Do a buyout and then fill the rooms with your crew! We had amazing planner help with the weekend events, decor, amazing meals The bar is so perfect for a group this size and our bartender, Devin, took very good care of us The staff and everyone that worked there was so helpful and could tell they really want the guest experience to be perfect We went for Kentucky derby but we want to go back and do other things that Lousiville has to offer Only things I would have changed is to plan a breakfast at the awesome spot a block away We did all breakfast onsite but I would get out and go down the street And second we did a uncle boujies bourbon tasting on the patio but I would just do it at uncle boujies There tasting spot is so awesome! The rooms are super spacious and clean and beautifully decorated And everyone has these awesome spaces to come together but then can sneak away to luxury private rooms to recharge Also they even brought in a derby expert to gives all tips and recommendations for race day He spoke during our groups welcome dinner I asked for a karaoke machine (random!!!) last minute and sure enough, one appeared We had a ball Visit Lousiville! And bring 7 couples Or great for wedding party and family Just awesome for groups We had a blast!!!

An incredible place owned and managed by even better people.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING. I booked this for a bachelor party weekend and every single person in our group made a point to tell me how amazing it was. The entire team went above and beyond to make this really special for our group. Greeting our bachelor at the door and offering him a free pour from the amazing bar, to simple things like writing fun congratulatory messages on the chalkboards before we arrived. They've thought of every detail and made the entire process really easy. I had many questions/requests and every single one was accommodated without a second thought. The suites are impeccable, rivaling an upscale NYC apartment. Including a bartender for a night of our stay was a great touch - shoutout to to our awesome bartender Devin! I can't say enough good things about this place, the owners, and the team who runs it. Top notch end to end.
