Our family of four humans and two tiny dogs enjoyed our stay at this cozy home. The neighborhood is cute, quiet, and perfectly located to get in and out of town easily. The high appliances made cooking, laundry, and dishes convenient. We‘d love to stay here again.

Perfect location. Super easy walk to both Front and Back Beaches. Front Beach wasn’t too crowded and my kids loved the swim platform off the shore. Nice to have bathrooms there too! Quick walk to shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and welcoming, with friendly neighbors too. Kitchen was fairly well-equipped, but I realize I’m in the minority with cooking meals at home while on vacation! We really had a great week and would highly recommend this spot.

Everything about our stay was perfect ! The house, its location to the beaches, town and the idyllic Millbrook Meadow Park. The check in was seamless, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. We are definitely going back!

We had a perfect stay! Rachel was absolutely wonderful, she ensured we had a smooth check-in, information about the town and recommendations galore. The house was exactly as pictured, if not better. The location could not have been better for getting to the beach and downtown. We would absolutely stay again!

House is in a hole with no view. Photos are very deceiving. Rooms way smaller than shown. No instruction book or interest book for guests. Tv did not work upon arrival The service phone person had no clue and gave wrong information on WiFi Tv service available. When an actual service person came out it worked just like we tried to explain initially. The on site repair man was great. Cupboards should be labeled for items like batteries. Keyless entry code only works on 1 door. Maid should move sofa and clean. No blind in downstairs bathroom. Frying pan in kitchen will not sit flat stove—so old. Stayed 4 days only given 2 hand towels a 1 wash cloth.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Super easy to walk to the beach, shops, places to eat. House was perfect for the two of us. It was clean, comfortable and we were immediately able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Easy to take day trips to Salem and Boston. Our first trip to New England was amazing!
