Property was clean, accommodating and nearby to may attractions. It was larger than expected and had rooms that went on forever. From sleeping to bar/game room and outdoor private backyard with fire pit. Out group lived the property it was very much what we needed for 8 ladies. More than enough room to sleep

Great group spot close to the slopes

My long time friend group had a great stay at Deanna & Eric's home outside of Lincoln. We meet every year for a ski trip with the lot of us and the house was perfectly located to make getting in a full day. There was plenty of space for everyone, including the wonderful fenced-in back yard for our dog and a quiet separate space for the our friends' 5mo old. The whole place was very comfortable and well stocked too. Great stay overall!

Great little escape

We had some friends come to town from Florida and wanted to have a mini vacation in the snow. The house was everything we wanted. Tons of room and really comfortable. The hosts couldn't be more accommodating. Anytime we had a question they responded quickly. Definitely going to rent here next time we visit NH.

Amazing host and property

The host Deanna was amazing! She was very easy to communicate with. The house was very clean. There was more room than we knew what to do with. The backyard was perfect for getting the kids outside. We enjoyed the firepit and the gazebo. The location of the property was great! Close to lots of family activities. Plus, the view from the new deck was amazing. We loved sitting there in the afternoon and looking at the mountains and bonus of hearing the river across the street. The house is fully supplied. There is everything from bandaids and shampoo to coffee and flour. I can't say enough good things about the host and property!
