Welcome to brand new 2BR Lakeside Townhouse in Sand Lake Village.

Perfect location:

Relax with the family and enjoy the amenities of Dr. Phillips with Orlando’s famous Restaurant Row, Rest easy and wake up to a quiet lakeside cup of coffee to start the day. Whether you are traveling for work or pleasure, we look forward to hosting your next Orlando experience!

About the space

As you enter the space, the first room located on your right contains a king bed and a suite bathroom. We provide body wash, Shampoo and conditioner, also hair dryer. hand wash, towels can be found in the bathroom too.

Smart TV in each room, washer and dryer combo in the first-floor bedroom closet.

The thermostat is in the hallway just past the first bedroom entrance. Please feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking throughout your stay.

We built a brand-new kitchen island with cooktop and downdraft to allow you to enjoy cooking with your family while traveling, which is also a way to relieve stress.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and stainless steel pots and pans. The refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher are available for use.

Please help yourself to a beverage! We provide traditional coffee machine，toaster and kettle

Upstairs you will find the second bedroom with a king size bed and a suite bathroom. Enjoy the fresh air with sliding door balcony access from the bedroom.

All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains for your convenience. Please enjoy your stay and reach out if you have any questions during your stay!

This property was good for what we needed. It was clean and worked as a great home base for the tournament at the convention center. As the crow flies, it is very close to Orange County convention center, but the actual driving through the streets took longer than anticipated. We did have an issue with the internet and the host was quick to respond to get someone out there to fix it. What was a drastic improvement over the VRBO we stayed at last year was that the air conditioner wasn’t limited to a certain temperature which was nice. We slept very comfortably.

This is a great property, well maintained and looked after. Location is fantastic, I was able to get just about anywhere in Orlando within 15-20 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet and right on the water. If I go back to Orlando I will definitely re-book this property
