Haven at Greenbridge: Near SEA Airport & Downtown Seattle

Welcome to our lovely townhome in Greenbridge! Located in West Seattle which is a great location to explore the city or the National Parks. This is a newly built, 2 story modern townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! Restaurants, coffee shops, & public transit lines, all within walking distance. 11 mins to Alki Beach, 15 mins to downtown and to the stadiums and 7 mins to SeaTac Airport. This colorful, two-story townhome offers a wonderful space for you to relax and unwind after a big day of exploring the Emerald City.

The main floor has a living room with a comfortable pop up sleeper sofa with an 86" smart TV so you can log in to all your favorite streaming accounts and watch your favorite movies after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering all of the essentials and a huge island with 4 barstools and a dining table for 4. You can also step outside to enjoy the patio with a couch, firepit, table and 2 chairs with a built in heater in the ceiling if it is chilly. Also enjoy cooking on the patio on the BBQ grill with all the utensils.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor with the bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a luxurious king bed. Each bedroom has a closet, night stands, luggage racks, fan, mirror and a 55" Smart TV. We have cot mattresses in the master closet to use on the sleeper sofa to make it more comfortable. One bathroom has a shower and tub and the other one has the double sinks with a large shower.

My husband & I bought this townhome one month after our grand daughter was born. We live in Florida and are finding ourselves spending a lot of time and money coming to visit in West Seattle. We have used the Airbnb platform for years to travel around and always wanted to have our own and now this gave us a great reason to do it.
