The building is well situated on the oceanfront and each of the one bedroom, one and half bath units include a dining-living room area opening to the oceanfront balcony. You will enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean and beach while relaxing in your unit. Each kitchen includes all major appliances and each unit is well equipped with: washer, dryer, unit air conditioning and use of the off street parking and elevator. Free wireless internet. 50 inch smart TV in the living room and 32 inch TV in the bedroom. Premium streaming services included. This oceanfront masonry building will fill fast-don't miss out!

Lovely condo

My sister and I rented the condo for Labor Day weekend. It was exactly what we needed and exactly as described. It was clean and we loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view. We’ll be back!

Ocean View Room, terrific view

Condo was great, perfect for two adults. View was excellent daily. Be sure to bring your own TP, paper towels, and tissues. If you’re cooking, you’ll have all the necessary pots ‘n pans. This unit even has beach chairs. If bringing your own sheets, this unit has 2 double beds in the bedroom and 1 double pull- out bed in the living room.

Great spot

I’ve stayed in OC many times for family vacations as a child and now adult. This was a great place! Nicely decorated and taken care of. Room was as described, amazing ocean view from large 5th floor balcony. Relaxing spot to be, didn’t hear any noise from neighbors. Would love to go back to this exact spot again! Highly recommend.

Wake up in the waves

Perfect location, especially for small families. Short walk to the water and the condo is located in a quiet building. The view off the balcony can’t be beat, and the condo has everything you need for your stay. This was our 2 year olds first trip to OCMD, so it was a special one for us, and the condo was a bonus.

Worcester House #503

The condo was in a great location . Beautiful ocean views. A little older Small but cozy. .No central A/C but wall units did the job. Beds were comfortable. In the future it would be nice if there was more drinking glasses and wine glasses. Also a better vacuum cleaner would be nice I like to keep a place tidy and sand free but I felt the vacuum did not do the job. And an upgrade on the toaster would be nice one that would allow for bagels. Other than that is was great. I did appreciate a decent frying pan. We usually bring our own since most condos have crappy pans but this one had decent pans and it was appreciated since the only meal we eat in is breakfast and you need a good frying pan for that. Liked that it was midtown area and could walk to Mackey’s ,Secrets and Fager’s!

Great spot for a restful few days!

We booked this condo about a week out for a few days to get away. Location is great! View is awesome! The condo was very nice and has been updated. The bedroom is a little tight, but with good weather, you are not in there much. Building is quiet and kept well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The building is a little old and the elevator could run a little better. The condo was very updated and nice. There were enough chairs on the balcony for all of us.. The building was well lit at nite.
