Elegantly appointed 780 sq.ft. 1brdm, sleeps 2-3 people. Enjoy the Four Seasons of Mountainside views, events, hiking, skiing, relaxation with full resort amenities at your doorstep.
Brand new unit renovation with all modern features. Skiers: literally, steps from your door to trail & lift. Click in and Go! Trailside walk on for all resort amenities and events from the comfort of our slope-side Condo@ Hunter Highlands featuring: full modern kitchen, cooking utensils/kitchenware. Complimentary Coffee, tea, drip coffee pot / electric kettle. 1 bath w/ European Spa /Bench, tiled Shower. Bedroom includes fully adjustable remote control queen size bed, 100% cotton goose down comforter, duvet and linen bedding; two (2) plush robes and slippers provided, ultra HD Smart TV. The Living area features built-in cabinetry, ultra HD Smart TV, wireless internet, bluetooth wireless speakers. Custom “Coddle" sofa, convertible to a queen-size bed. Utility / mud room includes new washer and dryer. All the comforts of home. Fully stocked kitchen for eating in, and relaxation after a great day in the Mountains. Pets are welcome.
Private Parking, less than 250 ft. from slope side home.
Minimum one (1) night or weekly arrangements available. Enjoy the luxury of a stylized resort without limitations of the hotel stay.
Professional housekeeping service sanitizes all surfaces and linens. (bleach and bleach based cleaners only)
We ensure full unit cleaning and surface disinfection before and after EVERY stay. We continue to rely upon our professional cleaner(s) using high quality bleach/disinfectant for bathroom, all household surfaces, utensils etc. and linens.
Enjoy full access to all mountain sports, spa amenities at Hunter Mountain Resort: Skiing, Hiking, Concerts, Festivals, Restaurants, Day Spa, Seasonal Chair Rides to the Mountaintop, Pubs and fireplaces at the Lodge; Or, make this your starting point for antiquing, local art, nature and foodie /craft exploration.
THERE ARE SOME No's: Parties, Family Gatherings and the like are Prohibited by the Condo Association. This Unit is approx. 780 sq. feet and is expressly leased only as a residence Unit for 2-3 persons.
There is a per diem extra person charge in the event that you exceed the occupancy requirement. No Smoking.
No Loud music after 9:00, pm. For safety and well being, an outside motion-activated Blink security system covers the patio area, the slider doors at the main entrance.

Condo is perfect for small family wanting to walk to the slopes. We cooked for two days and found everything we needed just like home. Plenty of linens/blankets/comforters. Great stay and great hosts.
