Everybody except for the Propertyare sickenkng,. Not committed to customer especially when they make mistakes. Absolutely terrified, drove deep chaos, confusion, fear, by canceling my family and 3 other kids month old reservations hours before check in. They had no compassion, sympathy to try to provide any help at all in the midst of stranding us. The only interaction I’ll ever have with an Its hosts or owners that associated will be to warn them loudly to stay away.
