We have a warm cozy family cottage is only steps from Kahshe Lake. Nestled in the heart of our small Kahshe Lake communtiy
We are NOT on the water. Located minutes from Gravenhurst for shopping & dining - 1 1/2 hrs from Toronto. Clean, private and easy access to one of the most beautiful KID friendly beaches in Muskoka.

Denne's Marina & Boat docking is near by. We have a canoe available at the cottage for your use and life jackets are provided. Kahshe Lake boasts great fishing spots.

Enjoy hours of sunshine on your front deck or relax around the patio deck sipping wine or cool beverages. Night time family memories can be created sharing stories around the open fire pit (1st nights wood on us ).

The living room, dining area and kitchen is open concept. The cottage is air-conditioned and has an enclosed porch with family board games, a card table and beach toys for the kids.

Cottage is a two bedroom and sleeps 6 guests. There is a maximum 6 person occupancy.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Bunk Beds , night stand, dresser , closet

Shower Towels provided

** NO Bed Linens / NO Pillows provided

- Kitchen is fully equipped with a Fridge, Stove, Microwave, 12 cup Coffee Maker, Toaster .
- Bottom loaded WATER dispenser ( 5 gallons ) provided.
** TAP WATER is NOT recommended for drinking.

- Bell Satellite TV & DVD
- Propane BBQ with a FULL tank of propane provided

** JULY & AUGUST ** MINIMUM 7 NIGHT ( Saturday-Saturday ) rental is required during the peak season. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM outside of JULY & AUGUST

Refundable Damage Deposit ( $200 ) required with booking. Refundable after rental inspection.
