Peaceful property with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Had minor issues that when conveyed to management were attempted to rectify ASAP.

Thank you for your kind feedback.
We would love to host you again in the near future!
In comparison to our past experiences, the photos were more picturesque than the actual view. The road needs repair. We weren't able to communicate with the actual owner at all. Check in was VERY late and we were denied an early check-in. My husband had to swap out light bulbs for the children's area when we FIRST got inside. Master bedroom and bathroom doors would not lock. And we saw mice droppings in the kitchen area. I don't think anyone had stayed there in quite a while.

We truly empathize with your experience, Vindelynn, and we are genuinely sorry that your stay didn’t feel as smooth or welcoming as it should have. It’s understandably disappointing when the reality doesn’t match the photos, and we regret that this was your impression from the start. We understand how frustrating the late check-in must have been, and we sincerely apologize that the cabin wasn’t ready for your early arrival. Furthermore, we are really sorry to hear about the issues you faced during your stay. It’s completely unacceptable to encounter problems like light bulbs not working, door locks malfunctioning, and even the unsettling presence of mice droppings. You shouldn’t have had to deal with those challenges on your own. We appreciate you bringing the road condition to our attention. It’s disheartening to hear that your overall experience made you feel the home had not been well cared for, and we truly regret that this is how you felt. Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback; it is invaluable in helping us address these concerns and improve future experiences for our guests.
