To clarify for future guests: the property does have a rooftop terrace with beautiful views, and you’re welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy the sunset but it is not a bar and does not offer service. Apologies for any confusion caused and we will have maintenance check the elevator. We’re glad our team responded promptly to the leak issue, but we’re sorry the concierge service didn’t follow up as expected. We’ll review this process to ensure better communication moving forward.
