Welcome to our “Cabbage” our hybrid home of a cottage and cabin in beautiful
Bear Paw. Walking distance to a fishing pond where your kids and adults will enjoy hours of catching catfish, bluegill and bass. The Clubhouse includes a pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts and kids playground are just steps away. Rent a boat or bring your own and launch at Beautiful Mountain-view Marina located in the back of the community less than an 5 minute ride. They have a wonderful store full of common household goods, drinks, ice cream and lots of boating accessories including a full line of clothing. On the other side of the entrance is the Hiawassee River with another boat ramp access, and parking available.
New granite kitchen with all the accessories, stackable washer and dryer. Plenty of seating in the living room, furniture is comfortable and clean. Gas stove for cooler nights, AC for hot summer days. Corn hole, drink fridge and gas grill provided.
