Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash- must be bagged & set in can on side of home. NO LOOSE trash can go in outside can. If you can’t access outside can, let host know you are physically unable.
Turn lights/fans off up & down. Set both thermostats: Summer set ac to 77. Winter set heat to 65. Lock all windows/doors. DO NOT lock inside bottom lock on front door. Use keypad only to lock door.
Return pool gate key to binder. Failure to do so will result in a $100 Replacement Charge Fee. You cannot mail it back. See binder on the counter at checkin for additional instructions. Thank you.
