Great property. It is quite a ways out of town with winding roads. Great for a getaway. Our kids loved that there was gold panning supplies and wading boots available, they spent hours exploring the creek. Every is exactly as pictured.

Awesome stay…perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Cabin very nice.. cozy. Host very quick to respond.. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next year if available. Feel very secluded and the sound of the beautiful stream in back yard was so relaxing. Highly recommend!!

We had the best time. The location is absolute magic right on the stream. Perfectly in the middle of nowhere, but also 15 min to restaurants and Walmart. Hosts were super great- responded right away to an issue that was out of their control and really went above and beyond to fix it! Can’t wait to come and stay again!!!!

My dog, loved it as much as I did and the grandbabies spent most of there time in the river. It is a very nice cabin and we had fun. There is a neighborhood dog that comes over a few times a day.

Loved the cute cabin vibe the majority of our time there was the happy sounding creek loved the creek played in it everydayI am glad I brought extra toilet paper Paper towels and foil next time will bring a working can opener and garbage bagsWe did have to take our garbage to facility down the road which had changed their open hours from the ones we were left withAnd might want to consider a new cleaning crew All at all, we love the place and wouldn’t think twice about renting it again. We really did enjoy our time there. The cabin is definitely a contender for next year‘s trip.

The cabin is in a great location in a pretty valley next to the creek. We loved the back deck, listening to the sounds. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable space . Don't miss the deli at the Hanging Dog General Store! We would definitely return. Thanks for sharing this lovely space with us.

The cabin was clean, and just as pictured online. It was stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The location was great. We were able to walk our dogs not just on the property, but also on the road with no trouble. Sitting out on the deck listening to the creek was really nice, especially on mornings when weather was such that we could take our coffee out. Dennis was easy to work with from booking to the trip. We would recommend this property if you are looking for a cozy cabin with peaceful surroundings.

Stay was great.Had great time sitting on deck and stream. Never used the hot tub. Needs a little TLC, cleaning, and clotter out of closets and dressers.. Needs to cut the shrub back at the driveway. washing off deck wouldn't hurt. Nice place other than that.

It sits very close to the creek in a shady spot which was great for sitting in the creek and relaxing. The furniture is a bit out dated and worn. The WiFi was extremely slow. We were a bit frustrated with the fact that we were responsible for taking trash to the trash facility down the road. Also that the trash facility is closed on Sundays so you are supposed to take trash with you if checking out on Sunday. The booking process and payment process were extremely easy as was getting into the cabin upon arrival.
