I love staying at the Island Club. The condo was was very nice, clean, and the information notebook was full of notes and instructions that were very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was great. I like all the email reminders and information. We have been visiting Hilton Head for over 40 years and the Island Club is our favorite place to stay. I look forward to my next visit.

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The community had a nice pool (it got very crowded though), easy access to the beach and very clean condo. They provided beach toys and towels. Not very communicative though, I messaged as soon as we arrived and they never got back to me. It's close to lots of restaurants, mini golf, grocery stores and shopping.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms. Great and comfortable kitchen with all needed appliances. Absolutely loved our stay and will be going back next year. If I only had to change one thing it would be to have darker blackout shades in the front bedroom so babies could sleep with less light coming in through the window. Otherwise, it was perfect and flawless.

This condo is so nice! Perfect location, super clean with an amazing kitchen. There is a small view of the ocean off the deck and you can hear the crashing waves. Only draw back was checking in the exact location of the condo was confusing because we had not been to this condo and the code for the door wasn’t provided on VRBO and I was lucky enough to notice the sticker on the door of the rental company which I called to get entry. We had attempted to email to get an early entry but didn’t get a response. Other than that, the condo was amazing! I will say the door to the balcony from the master should lock and didn’t, but I know HHI is very safe so I didn’t worry too much. Info on how the tv worked would be nice too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to most locations and easy access to beach. Only problem we had was the condo was totally unusable from 8AM to 5PM everyday. The condo below us was being completely remodeled. We could not eat, nap, talk, watch TV or simply relax because of the noise. At times the demo could be heard all the way to the edge of the beach. We were allowed a $260 refund for the condo, which was nice but one person in party was unable to spend much time on the beach due to medical issues and made the trip very uncomfortable for them.

This is the problem with Reviews. 1302 Island Club is one of the nicest properties in the entire community. Guest gives 5 Star Reviews for Service From Rental Manager, Cleanliness, Location & Condition as well as say YES to recommend the property to others but an overall ranking of 2 stars because of something that is completely out of the control of the property owner and rental company. Other property owners are allowed to improve their properties so long as they follow the rules of the community. While our owners were agreeable to give you a credit for your inconvenience, you still write this review and penalize this property owner with a poor review.

Beautiful condo and made for a perfect family vacation for our family. Easy walk to the beach. Games such as bags and ladders available. The pool was great although we spent most of our time at the beach. Only feedback for the host, which I want to emphasize did not take away from an amazing experience, would be better direction to the condo. Include the building name and map. It was frustrating trying to find it.
