Guest-Friendly Condo With Private Outdoor Jacuzzi In Sosua

Lovely 2-bedroom condo in Sosua, with private outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, guest-friendly and less than 1km from the center of Sosua.

The condo is located on the second floor of a 2-floor building: the ground floor has another similar condo and is available for rent too. Larger group can rent the entire building (each condos have separate entrances).

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, is fully furnished and has a fully-equipped kitchen. It has cable TV and Wi-fi. There is no A/C because the place is very ventilated (but, if needed, other units have A/C). The jacuzzi on the terrace is entirely private and not shared with the other residents. You also get complimentary full access to the large swimming pool of the adjacent residence.

The residence is gated and secured, with private parking, and less than 1 km from El Batey (the center of Sosua). All charges are included in the low daily rental rate, also electricity!

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody anytime at no extra fee, respecting the maximum occupancy of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Die Anlage war schön, aber das Apartment war schlecht,das Bett war sehr schlecht , der allgemeinen Zustand war sehr schlecht ,und nicht sehr sauber .

Great place to stayy.

I arrived two days earlier than expected. I informed Fabio the day before, and he assured me that it would not be a problem. I sat in the office with Enrique, while the owner of the apartment personally prepared the place for me. This place is quiet, clean, and comfortable. And the staff was very helpful. A car is definitely needed. If you don't have a car. It's very easy to take a taxi or moto to town, or the beach
