About this property
MINUTES to Niagara Falls, UNIQUE Custom Home, PRIVATE Woodland Retreat, HOT TUB
WELCOME to our home, we fondly call it the 'Treehouse.' Our home is a unique, beautifully designed custom home nestled in the woods on 47 acres with plenty of privacy and open sky to enjoy during every season. The Treehouse is a bright, modern, 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), 2 bath, 2200 sq. ft. woodland retreat, located just 14 miles from the Niagara Falls State Park and only .5 miles from Lake Ontario. The best feature is the 450 sq. ft. second level deck overlooking the woods which accommodates a 4 to 5 person hot tub. Our home is pure serenity and within fifteen to thirty minutes from all that the Niagara has to offer, making it one of the BEST vacation rentals in the Niagara region.
Spend your mornings relaxing in the sun light with a cup of coffee in hand while listening to the many songbirds and wind rustling the tree leaves. Evenings can be spent up on the third story lookout witnessing the most spectacular sunset or see the forest sparkle as fire flies weave in and out of the trees in the months of June and July. While you've got your favorite fixings on the Blackstone grill, relax on the raised deck either in a comfy chair or in the 4-5 person hot tub with a glass of bubbly. Fall and winter weather and scenery are to meant be enjoyed sitting next to a warm cozy wood-stove while taking in the scenery through walls of windows.
If nature and wildlife is for you, it is just a step outside to take in the beauty of nature. With 23 vertical feet of living room windows, you can enjoy nature during any season from inside as well. You may even see a bit of wild life pass by, such as deer, raccoon, fox and many types of birds. Everyone loves a campfire and we've got the perfect pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs for all . . . bring down the marshmellows. Feel free to wonder through the trees, sit in a chair amongst the trees and enjoy the forest light, or grab a partner for some corn-hole competition. While your not touring the local area or on the lake boating, enjoy friends and family time playing a game of giant Jenga, a board game or your favorite card game.
Relax and unplug in our sun filled, modern, 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), 2 bath, 2200 sq. ft. woodland retreat, built on 47 acres. Being that this is our primary home, the home is very clean and fully equipped to meet all your needs. A large Blackstone grill with a main propane feed, clean comfortable outdoor furniture, fresh linens and all the kitchen appliances you may need to prepare a gourmet meal. High speed Internet, Alexa, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Peacock channels are available. Also, our TV is a smart TV, allowing you to stream from your personal device. Our parking area will accommodate up to 6 cars, and plenty of room for a boat. For your convenience, a keypad with your own door code will be provided a few days prior to check in. To accommodate those traveling in an RV, an electrical hook-up is available.
This property is less than a minute from Lake Ontario and an easy 14 mile drive to the spectacular Niagara Falls State Park, NY. There are several beautiful parks along Lake Ontario that are less than a 10 minute drive from the house. About the host
Hosted by Carolee

I am a Southern California native who moved to the Western New York about 5 years ago. We decided to build a custom home amongst the trees and have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. We are close to everything, the lake, river, quaint towns, breweries, wineries, golf, hiking, and beautiful Buffalo. We believe that our home is wonderful and meant to be shared.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique. It is a modern custom home that brings the outdoors in. Every season is to be enjoyed through giant windows from every point in the house. The surrounding trees provide privacy, beauty and wildlife to be experienced.
