- Free driveway parking for up to 8 vehicles
Other things to note
- Parties/Gatherings: Not allowed according to Town of Porter regulations.


- Children: The property is not fenced at the lake, and no lifeguard is on duty — not recommended for small children without supervision.


- Cooling/Heating: Wall AC units and ductless systems throughout the sleeping spaces(no central AC). Radiant heat ensures cozy winters.


- Security: Exterior cameras at the front of the home (no cameras indoors).


- Host Policy: A refundable security deposit may be requested if guest behavior raises concern (e.g., unauthorized parties, extra guests).
