It was clean and had lots of room. It was 98 degrees outside and nice and cool inside. Has a fenced in back yard. Easy to get to anywhere in OKC from that location. We really liked it and will check on this property again when we go back. We would definately stay there again.

The kitchen was in good shape but the bathrooms were not. The floor of the shower looked dirty. There was mold in the shower and the towels were old. The fish tank ran all night. Also the house was located in a sketchy neighborhood.

I am truly sorry for that experience! That is not acceptable! We will strive to do better. I'll personally make sure that will never happen again. The bathrooms were definitely cleaned before and and after every stay, there must have been something we missed. New Towels and we will deep clean the showers. As far as the neighborhood goes, It's a historical and safe neighborhood and we are building it to be even better. Thank you for your feedback back, we hope you have at least enjoyed your time in Oklahoma City.

We stayed one night with a large family and needed a place to crash — it did the job, but there were enough problems that I wouldn't book again or for a longer stay.**Check-in trouble:** The door code unlocked the deadbolt, but the door handle itself was separately locked, so we couldn't get in. We ended up getting the garage code from the neighbor next door to let us in. Looking through other reviews, this same issue has happened to multiple other guests — seems like a recurring problem the host should fix.**Ants:** There were several lines of ants throughout the living area, including one leading straight to the couch, which put us off using it. We found spray in a cabinet and knocked most of them down, but stragglers remained for the rest of our stay.**Neighborhood:** It's close to downtown, which is convenient, but the surrounding area felt pretty sketchy from a safety standpoint. We didn't have any issues at the property itself, but I'd go in with realistic expectations.**General vibe:** The house has a lived-in, almost bachelor-pad feel, with a lot of inexpensive furniture. There's also a safe room in a bedroom closet with old security wiring run to it. It was unplugged during our stay, and you could see where cameras had previously been mounted around the house — a few other reviewers mentioned the same setup, so it sounds like it was more of an issue in the past and appears to have been removed since. Still have a weird vibe and I had to double check.

The cleaning company was on stand by to make sure you got in to the property they are related to the neighbors next door, you entered the house at your check in time. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the bottom lock. If the cleaning lady locked it by mistake. She was there to make it right ! You got in at 3:10pm. 3 minutes after you arrived............We spray the whole house for bugs every 3-4months. I am so sorry you saw a few ants. I understand a few people are terrified of a few ants and may have a phobia or allergies. I leave the chemical to spray for bugs in the kitchen in case something was able to break through. We will spray for ants again. The house undergoes constant rigorous maintanence and cleaning Outside cameras are crucial, It helps keep the neighborhood safe. We were very diligent in cleaning and keeping up with everything. Of course that house was lived in in 2012-2016 when I first built it. Then I've been renting it out. Removed the inside cameras when I moved out. The safe room is a storm shelter (Tornado Shelter) if I lock it then people complain they don't have a storm Shelter. I don't lock it you still complain. I don't understand where you people came from where you nit pick everything you see and nothing is ever good enough. Say something from the begining and leave next time you rent someone else's house. Go get a hotel and pay 3x for 10 people. Save us the head ache of cleaning after you and responding to your boogie nonsense critiques.
