This highly desirable neighborhood is close to Penn State's campus. It's convenient location provides easy access to several grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Park at the bottom of our street and ride the free shuttle or walk to the stadium. CATA Bus Stop is at the end of the street. The stadium is 1.5 miles away.

People with sensitive pet allergies should probably look elsewhere. We have 2 dogs.

This is a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10PM. No parties, events, or additional guests. Violation may result is loss of security deposit.

Please treat our beautiful home and our lovely neighbors as if they were your own. Most rooms are accessible except for a few areas designated for owner storage (see floor plan in the photos section).

Smoking is prohibited inside the house.

Well trained housebroken pets are welcome inside for an extra fee.

We have parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway; No street parking is allowed in front of houses overnight. During the day, you can park on the street only on the same side of the house. Please do not block mailboxes. The local police do ticket for street parking after 10PM.

Privacy Disclosure. Your privacy is important to us (and to you!). No cameras are inside the house or backyard or hot tub area. Nor are any listening devices or “Alexa” in use. There are 2 front doorbell cameras (Ring brand) and only pointing toward the street.
