Discover our serene urban retreat. This unit comfortably accommodates 4 guests, with queen & double bedrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with gas range, spices and condiments. Open living area with a 55" wall mount HDTV & Sonos speakers, and fast WiFi. Blue ray player. Electronic recliner loveseat. The 2nd bedroom has a dedicated work desk. The free in-unit washer & dryer ensure a convenient long term stay. Explore close by concerts at Red Rocks, skiing in the mountains, hiking, dining & downtown attractions.
The space
Private house separated from the guest house with separate driveway and parking. Main bedroom has a queen bed and carpeted floor. Second bedroom has full bed and is shared with the office for remote work. This room is very bright and sunny. Living room has a microfiber recliner couch and flat screen smartTV . Open kitchen with breakfast counter and dining room. Fully outfitted Stainless kitchen with gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full cooking ingredients and condiments. Work space desk with large window to backyard. Rustic common backyard for relaxing in nature. An outdoor seating area under a gazebo is a nice bonus for eating, reading, and lounging. This our occasional private residence, and you'll find a few personal items in the house.
29 miles from the airport. 10 minutes drive to LoDo. 12 miles to Golden. 9 miles to RiNo (art & dining district). 12 miles to Red Rocks amphitheater. 69 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Union Station RTD light rail in downtown is 5.4 miles Uber ride (food, bars and music venues) and easy access to the airport via light rail public transportation.
We are located 1.5 miles away from the Belmar shopping district which is an outdoor mall with movie theaters, restaurants, and bars.
Short distance ride to bike path that goes straight to downtown Denver.

Other things to note
The driveway is very long with plenty of parking next to the house. The preferred parking is in front of the fence. The neighbors are very friendly if you see them say hi and wave if you feel so inclined.
We try hard to allow early check-ins and late check-outs but it is so difficult to accommodate because our cleaners need to schedule their time;
There is a truck and camper parked at the extreme back edge of the property that will not affect your stay.
We have a camera over the front porch to view the property.
