Private Pool, Gulf View Beach House - Wave Loudest

Wave Loudest is a 5 bedroom gulf view beach house with a private, heated pool and a second-floor hangout room with a Gulf-view balcony.

This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath two-story beach house has a unique Gulf-view pool; with benches along the sides, you can sit in the pool and enjoy the great Gulf of Mexico views!

Wave Loudest has 2 Master suites (one on the main level and the second upstairs) and one of the best views of any home on the Island.

There is a cozy second-floor hangout room, board games, and a door to access a 160 sq foot Gulf-view balcony. #WaveLoud

As with all of our Dauphin Island homes, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. Everything you need for a great beach vacation is here.

This home has a great Gulf of Mexico beach location! There is one house ahead to the right, but it is offset to provide an excellent Gulf view for this home. The pool is heated from October thru April.

House Rules:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT Pet Friendly.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This was our 2nd stay at Wave Loudest. It is such a beautiful home-and the location overlooking the ocean cannot be beat. We spent time on the deck, in the pool, and walking the beach every day. Dave, the concierge, is amazing. Any questions we had were answered immediately, and he went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful--and very spacious. The setup of the deck/pool area is very safe- it was easy to have the 2 year old run around outside without worrying about the pool.

I’ll start with the positives of the house. The view is stunning with perfect beach access and location. That being said, the house itself needs a lot of work. There was a leaking window that was dripping water into an outlet on rainy days—this caused the breaker to switch. Upon investigating the smoke detector breaker had also been off. This is a huge fire hazard in itself—although the owner was quick to call an electrician and send someone out, not sure if the issue was corrected as it should be but it was corrected for the time being. The outside deck needs a lot of repair, there were many rotten spots that would dip down when stepped on. The pool heater was great when it worked continuously. The first couple of days it was hit or miss with the heater being on, the breaker for this also would kick off many times. The kitchen wasn’t stocked very well in my opinion. We had a large family staying and had to get creative when cooking some meals. The shower curtain in the master bathroom was moldy and needed to be charged. The downstairs A/C would continuously freeze up making it very hot and stuffy. There were no curtains/blinds on the downstairs windows which also made it difficult to cool the area. The water pressure upstairs was very weak making it aggravating to rinse your hair/etc. and lastly the house would rock. Someone could walk across the house and you could feel the house itself begin to rock. This made it unnerving to think the house itself was unstable.

Great privacy!

The house was great, it just needs some TLC around the pool area and a better cleaning crew. There was easy access to the beach and everything inside worked even the ac. Would definitely come back to the island.

Quick Memorial Day weekend getaway

This house is exactly as it is described! It was a great location for two families to enjoy. The house is located right on the beach with fabulous views. The pool was definitely a kid favorite. The house was well stocked with appliances and supplies to have a great time at the beach.

2024 Beach trip

We love the island! This is our second year. We arrived 30 mins before booking time and staff allowed us to enter the house early. We noticed some things around the house left uncleaned. Definitely had plenty of room to spread out for all of our party which included 9 adults.

Best Vacation Ever

I will definitely be back. Such a beautiful place. Lots to do on the island and my teen even had loads of fun. Property manager was great and on the ball. He responded quickly to any question we had and was super helpful. The house was huge, clean and was everything they advertised. Cant wait to go back next year.

Friends trip

The property was perfect! The heated pool was amazing, even though the weather was a bit cooler we were able to enjoy everyday in the pool. The living area and kitchen provided enough space for our group of 8 to enjoy time together cooking, chatting and singing karaoke. We will definitely be repeat guests for many years to come. The quick response we received when the grill ran out of propane was proof that the management company truly strives to provide exceptional customer service.
