The house is an antique house tipically built on three levels with AC .
There are two roof terraces:
-The first is in prolongation of the living room , big 15 m2 with sea view
-the second, upstairs, is big 25 m2 with views accross the bay to the cap d'antibes and montains.
The house is just renoved with traditional materials, hand-made-terra cotta floors,double window,fully equiped kitchen,home cinema, hifi and interner wifi .

More than wonderful stay - amazing views

This beautiful, tastefully furnished, townhouse was perfectly situated near the old town, Marche Provençal, the ramparts and the beach. It is on a beautiful, clean and quiet street. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Veronique welcomed us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. The terraces have amazing views and are wonderful places to relax and dine. I can't think of a better place to stay in Antibes. We came with our two children and all we can think about is when we can return. Thank you Veronique!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We had a wonderful week staying in Veronique and Valerie's gorgeous townhouse in the Old Town of Antibes. Set over 5 floors, the views were spectacular. We truly felt spoilt to be in such a fabulous place. Every need was catered for and if you so much as asked for anything, Valerie would rush to meet your needs. Upon arrival there was a huge bowl of fruit with 2 bottles of wine waiting for us. The townhouse had every amenity you would wish for with cable TV, DVD, Airconditioning, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, towels, beach chairs,/umbrellas, to name but a few. There was an assortment of tea and coffee making facilities and every type of cutlery, plate etc that you could need. I don't think a single thing was left unthought of. I would recommend a stay in such a wonderful place with its gorgeous views across the skyline of Antibes.

Wir reisten mit der kompletten Familie an. Dazu gehörten zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder und Dalmatiner. Bereits auf dem Weg zum Haus kamen uns viele Urlauber entgegen, die in der Blumenstrasse, in welcher das Haus liegt, Fotoaufnahmen machten. Eine wundervolle Straße, die sicherlich zu den schönsten Wohnstrassen der Altstadt gehört. Angekommen im Haus waren wir sprachlos von der liebevollen Dekoration des Hauses. Dabei haben wir schon viele Unterkünfte gebucht, aber diese Unterkunft sticht heraus. Die Ausstattung war zudem hervorragend. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Ein erster Wein, Getränke und Obst überraschten uns genauso wie, das Klavier, die Zweitküche und die Kunstwerke, die schöne Interpretationen zulassen. Die Terrassen sind das absolute Highlight! Letztendlich möchte man das Haus gar nicht verlassen, aber auch Antibes hat sich in unser Herz gebohrt. Zum Ende hin möchte wir einen herzlichen Dank an die liebevolle Vermieterin aussprechen. Wir freuen uns wiederkommen zu dürfen.

Better than imagined!

This apartment was a superb choice for my family of 5. The location was perfect, the accommodations were the ultimate in charming and most importantly, the host Veronique, made our stay extra special w/ her lovely demeanor and effervescent personality. Highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat. Antibes is special and this apartment is a perfect place to maximize all the old city has to offer.

Maison de charme au coeur du vieil Antibes

Maison confortable dans le vieil Antibes à proximité des commerces,restaurants et plages. Situation au calme. Bon equipement menager ;sanitaires modernes. Outre le charme general de cet maison ,le plus indeniable est le fait d'une terrasse "magique"qui surplombe les toits du vieil Antibes et permet une vue panoramique de Nice au Cap d'Antibes . A noter le caractere accueillant et arrangeant des propriétaires qui vont jusqu'à vous offrir le parking.

Fell in love with this place!

Such a wonderful place! Very inspiring and beautiful. Also very good by its geolocation (Picasso museum is in 4 minutes by walk and the nearest beach is 6 minutes away by walk). There are two marvelous terraces! Owner was very friendly and kind to our dog and was very chatable! SUCH AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you.

Lovely

This was an ideal rental for our stay in Antibes located on one of the most picturesque and quiet streets in the vieux ville. It comes very well equipped, excellent AC , great water pressure and above all, has surperb views of the ocean which all are important to our family. Veronique is very warm and welcoming . I'd love to return to this rental for another stay in beautiful Antibes.

Pro: - Die Gastfreundschaft der beiden Schwestern ist großartig - Haus hat sehr viel Charme und es fehlt an nix - Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 min zum Strand, 5 min zum Markt, nur wenig mehr zum - direkt in der Altstadt von Antibes - Die 2 Dachterrassen sind absolut wunderbar, der Blick fantastisch Con (eigentlich kein Con, aber...): - Das Haus ist so geschnitten, dass jedes Stockwerk nur ein Raum ist - entsprechend sollte man fit sein zum Treppensteigen;)

Truly exceptional ....

Beautiful and interesting house in the most beautiful street in old Antibes! Laid out over 4 floors + roof terrace (good exercise!) it’s a cornucopeia of antiques, with truly spectacular sea views from both terraces (especially the top one). You could almost spend the whole time on the terraces, just gazing out over the sea and dreaming ... As regards location it couldn’t be better; right in the heart of the old town, truly just a few steps away from the market, shops and a wealth of bars and restaurants. Location to die for; views to die for. And a hugely welcoming and helpful owner (and her sister!).

Perfect!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this wonderful house - and we have already booked for next year! The views from the roof terrace are spectacular - we think it would be difficult to better them. The house is perfectly situated near to shops, beach, restaurants but is also very calm and peaceful. The house has everything you could need. We love it and hope to return for many years!

This property is fabulous. The location is excellent situated on a very quiet lane (no cars), on the edge of the old town. It is literally 5 minutes from the sea, and 5 mins to the market, which is open everyday. Veronique the owner was very helpful. The two roof terraces are fantastic, spectacular views. As the property is over four floors may not be suitable for small children or the elderly. We would recommend this property.

Wonderful stay, great for family

My wife, kids (ages 6 & 2) and I spent the second half of August in Veronique’s home in Antibes. It was two weeks or a four-week trip to France, which was a spectacular vacation. Veronique and her sister were warm, welcoming and very helpful. Our two-year old had an ear infection, and Veronique assisted in getting the US-equivalent of urgent care (SOS Medicine). The home was beautiful, and had two wonderful terraces. On several nights, we watched fireworks from the terraces in the evening. The home is in the heart of the old town, in a perfect location. This was our first time renting an apartment (we usually use hotels and take shorter trips), and I was nervous about the payment approach upfront (international wire, etc…). Turns out there was no reason to be concerned at all, everything went perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked meals on several nights. The AC worked well in each room and was reliable throughout the trip. We had several meals at the restaurant down the hill from the house, and they were all excellent (and welcoming of kids). The house is within walking distance of several beaches, the main old town, the farmers market in town center, pharmacies, and wonderful bread store (patissierie). The home is exactly as described, and we would highly recommend anyone considering, and found it particularly workable with young children.

Fantastic position, views and accomodation.

Ours stay in Antibes was fabulous as it is a wonderful part of the world. Great beaches and brilliant meals and walks in the old town made our stay both enjoyable and authentic. Veronique and her sister Valarie are the most gracious of hosts and the house is a real gem just as described. Thank you, we hope to visit you again in the near future and have no hesitation in recommending your house to family and friends.

Beautiful home in the heart of old Antibes

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Antibes. The location was wonderful with everything in walking distance. The home was nicely renovated with modern touches. The views from the 2 decks were amazing. We will definitely be back from another visit.

Beautiful family townhouse!

This was a perfect house in a perfect location with a perfect view! When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, with a basket of fruit and wine to greet us. The house is perfectly located with a short walk to the old town, the market, and the beaches. We spent many an evening on the top terrace looking over the walls of the town and at the yachts in the bay. All in all a fabulous place to rent and we hope to return next year!

Fabulous location and terrific facilities

My wife and I loved our stay in this charming property in Antibes. The house is located in a beautiful flower lined pedestrian only laneway in the best part of Antibes--close to everything, but still private and quiet. The provincial market is about 200 metres away, as are patisseries, a small supermarket and a wide range of restaurants. Sandy beaches are a close walk away in both directions from the house, the station is about 20 minutes. On the other hand, the location is totally private, and you can lock yourself away in your own little world if you wish. Several features set the property apart. Firstly, it feels like a home, not just a house. It is decorated with a wide range of interesting art pieces by the antique shop owning Veronique, which make it quirky and interesting. Secondly, it is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need to make your stay enjoyable--the kitchen is very well equipped with all utensils and many basic cooking suuplies, every imaginable cleaning product is available in the bathroom, and the bbq equipped balcony even has its own supply of crookery, cutlery and cook ware. The two roof terraces are outstanding--beautiful views, room to stretch out on sun lounges, and sun shades to regulate your tanning. This raises the next feature--the owners are not resting on their laurels, but are continuing to improve the property. The sun shade on the top terrace was automated whilst we were there, plus a new phone connection was being installed. All checkin and checkout processes were simple and efficient--the welcoming fruit and wine was a lovely touch. Antibes itself is an outstanding base on the French Riviera, linked by very regular trains to Nice and Cannes and all the other attractions of the coast, with easy connections also to the hill villages.Antibes combines the charm and history of the old walled village with the services of a modern town--with its sandy beaches and some excellent restaurants it would be easy to just stay here and not even venture outside to the surrounding towns. You have probably gathered we loved this house and we had a great time in Antibes--we would be back in a flash if we could. Thank you Veronique and Valerie for letting us share your lovely place.

A great place

The 3 of us (wife, adult daughter and I) stayed at this house the first half of June, 2013. The house is on a lovely lane in the old town of Antibes. The location is superb for its views and its picturesque surroundings and is within walking distance of the harbour, the Marche, countless restaurants, and the beach. After 2 weeks there getting to know the area, we felt that the location was unbeatable. The house is - as advertised - a town home on multiple levels, well equipped and with plenty of room. The owner, Veronique, was responsive to our questions and if anything needed to be done, such as replacing a light bulb, or repairing a wc, she would have it seen to immediately. We had a lovely holiday there and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Wonderful family vacation

My family and I spend a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely home. It was very special for me because all of my children (adults) were able to come. The house easily accomodated all of us and we have wonderful pictures of dinners on the terrace. In addition to the beautiful sea views, the market is just a few blocks and is open 6 days a week. We bought fresh bread, wine and cheese daily. In the old town, there are many interesting shops and excellent restaurants. In addition, the train station was within walking distance which made site seeing to near by towns easy and inexpensive. The owners were wonderful and I would love to come back again and again and again.

Magnifique séjour!!!

Très belle maison à deux pas de la mer et des commerces, mais néanmoins au calme, avec deux terrasses, dont l'une très agréable, avec une vue extraordinaire (d'un côté la mer, de l'autre les toits de la vieille ville). La maison est située dans dans une des sans doute plus belles rues de la ville. La maison est très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La propriétaire est adorable et nous avons une pensée spéciale pour Valérie qui nous a accueillis avec chaleur.

2 wonderful weeks in Antibes !:)

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful location for 2 weeks in July. The Townhouse easily housed 6 people and because of the floor-plan offered privacy whenever wanted. The 2 patios are magnificent and offers a wonderful view of the ocean , the mountains as well as the old town of Antibes. A more central location , and still in a quiet nabohood , will be difficult to find. Easy access to all the best Antibes has to offer: The charming Old town, the market , the harbours , 3 beaches and public transportation (bus and trains) - if needed. No car necessary ! And if you bring one , the owner has reserved parking for you 5 minutes walk away - wonderful service. Cordial , and again a very pleasant and helpful owner and family !. Great place to stay in Antibes!

The charming flowered path leads You to the door of the house,located in the village overlooking the sea-beautifull! We had wonderful time and the owners very nice. Shall be back,soon we hope!
