Parking
• Parking passes must be purchased on-site in the front desk office (3rd floor) between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. During After Hours, Passes may be purchased using the kiosk on the 3rd floor and wristbands can be picked up the following day. Passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Wristbands will also be provided when you purchase passes and must be worn at all times when on site.
Things to know
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• Please note we don't provide beach towels
• A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
• Bunk bed is twin over full.
House rules
• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos MUST sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo.
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• For properties that require parking passes, the host is not able to provide extra passes due to limited space
