San Carlos is an attractive comfort-minded 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium at San Carlos. Total of 4 Beds (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk bed) plus a pull-out sofabed in the livingroom. Wifi and Cable TV Included.
1420 sqft of ocean front luxury. Stainless Steel Appliances in Kitchen. Private Balcony with direct ocean view and walk-out from both the living room and master BR. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Granite throughout.

The space

WIFI and Cable is included in the rental rate. Property amenities such as pool and fitness center is included.
Cleaning Fee is required. It includes the one-time cleaning. Each condo is allowed up to 2 parking passes. 1 pass is added in the reservation by default. Should you need 2nd parking pass for your stay, please request during booking. $50 for each parking pass, good for length of stay. They will be mailed to you. Alternatively, there is a kiosk/computer on the 3rd floor of San Carlos that sells parking passes. This week I was told by my guest that these computer parking passes are required to park at the parking lot across the street, not allowed on ground floor by the building. So it's just an advance notice about these different passes so there won't be any surprises when you arrive.
Parking is limited to maximum of 2 vehicles. This is strictly enforced by HOA.
Bedding, Bath Towels, Cookware, utensils included in rental and cleaning rate.
Holidays and Special Events/Festivals may require 7 nights minimum and/or extra fee. Please inquire during booking.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Early Check-in can be requested in advance. There's a $50 early check-in fee. Please understand early check-in is a request to housekeeping to prioritize cleaning this condo and get it ready before regular check-in time of 4pm. You must advise in advance if there's a specific time you wish to check-in. It is not a guarantee. In the event if early check-in could not be honored due to condo cleaning not completed on time, this fee would be refunded in full back to the guest.
Cleanliness Is Our Top Priority:
Our cleaning company is invested in providing quality cleaning services in an effort to protect your guests--We use commercial washers and dryers to process our linen, we wash and dry on high heat (160º). Surfaces are sanitized and disinfected during each cleaning. All linens are washed and sanitized after each guest.
We had professional deep cleaning, mold/mildew treatments by Emerald Coastal Cleaning, all floors and carpet professionally deep cleaned by Kwik Dry LLC. HVACs tune-up performed and verified functioning efficiently. Everything in the condo was professionally deep cleaned multiple times each year. Guests are always able to change temperature to their comfort levels. Due to Covid, we also thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest.
This condo is routinely inspected by the Gulf Shores Rental Inspection. It just completed its most recent inspected and passed/approved.
*Rate applies to occupancy of 8 guests. Additions $50 per guest applies to 9th and 10th guest. 10 guests maximum per stay.
**Note: I strongly advise travelers to buy the right traveler's insurance in case of cancellation due to special circumstances such as weather related issues, virus outbreak, etc.
