The Space:

185 Dundee - Lovely Island Getaway with Great Pool and Lanai on FMB! This home may be available to rent annually. Annual rental would be $3,000/month.



Enjoy the island life here on Fort Myers Beach. This property allows rentals to one group per month. Month-long and multi-month rentals are preferred, but shorter stays may be available in the off-season. This property may be available for long-term rentals, if you are interested please inquire.



The main level of the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen/living room that opens up to a balcony overlooking the pool area. 2 of the bedrooms each have a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office which has a sleeper sofa. Need to work from home? The den has a dedicated workspace and desk chair.



The back patio has stairs leading down to the pool deck, where you will find plenty of seating for the whole group. The lanai cage is fully enclosed to include a breezeway under the home, allowing plenty of space for everyone to gather and enjoy the fresh Florida air. Inside the lower level of the home is a bonus room with a wet bar set up, lounge space, and a half bathroom - easy access from the pool.



Beach access is just a short walk down the street! 2 Beach access points nearby - Lanark Ave or Aberdeen Ave. The home also comes with some beach items. Enjoy your day at the beach, then come back for dinner by your private pool!



Maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is a washer and dryer in the home available for your use as well.

Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
