Soak in the mesmerizing sights & sounds of the bay from the balcony, windows and French doors! Dolphins, ospreys, otters & more await. Inside, a newly renovated space, providing comfort to relax. Whether you’re sipping coffee/wine on the balcony or exploring the nearby beaches of Destin, Miramar, or 30a, this getaway promises an unforgettable experience! Enjoy your peace filled, starry, city light nights and by day sea life and bird life.

Fireworks every week over the Choctawhatchee Bay in the distance from Destin and Sandestin.

Sealife such as rays, dolphins, schools of fish, birds and even otters have been known to swim and fly on by!
We offer lots of room, all Windows have amazing views, privacy, a balcony overlooking the water, a KING bed with a new hybrid coil firm mattress, large mounted TV, table and chairs and art!!!
Stand alone AC unit to add that extra chill during the summer.
Large bathroom with an extra large shower head & a hand held. Body towels, hand towels and face clothes.

Coffee Maker & Coffee available as well as a microwave and mini refrigerator.

No confetti or glitter. There will be a $200 cleaning fee if glitter, confetti used.
We are on a sensitive septic system so nothing down toilets except toilet paper and human waste. Even if product says ok to use with septic please no

Beautiful Little Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was such a beautiful little space! The views on the Bay are amazing and it's so peaceful listening to the water. Very convenient for Destin.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The property was as very clean. Instructions were provided promptly.! I will 100% be booking again! When I first arrived, I was surprised to know that it is multiple units in one house, but don’t let that stop you from booking this amazing place!! I woke up to stunning sunrises every morning. And experienced the most magical sunset! Pure bliss!! as a single traveler, I felt safe insecure on the property! Not to mention my host it’s a 1000 out of 10 from me!! She went above and beyond being available at all times!! Thank you so much for having me!!!!!

Great Get Away

The best experience I’ve had renting on one these rental apps. I’ve been canceled on 30 minutes prior to check in in the past by other big rental company hosts so I was nervous booking on Vrbo again. I chatted with the host and she was super friendly and made me more comfortable booking knowing I was going to be taken care of. They were quick at responding and shared details on activities to do on rainy days/good sunny days! As for the place? Beautiful. The view was breathtaking and quiet. This was exactly what we needed and more. I would recommend this stay 10/10 !!!

I love hosting! I wasn’t sure I would but I just really love it! As a past publisher for a family magazine, the information I gathered from that position I love to share with my guests!

Why they chose this property

This area is so close to Destin and it’s waterfront. Most all waterfront in Destin are condos. I wanted to find something unique and more personal. More private. A place to get away from the crowds but could easily pop over to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Everything! It’s a rare find in its location and structure. We are taking this old 1980’s home and bringing it back to life!

It sits right on the water and stands alone! Full views over the bay give amazing views and the opportunity to see all kinds of sealife! We normally have dolphins swimming by to eat which is so fascinating.

Inside, I love unique decor and you’ll see this in all my places I have on Airbnb and VRBO.

We are renovating the whole home but right now we have Splash and The Vibe. Completely opposite sides and on different floors. The center of the home is vacant so both are completely private. The only time you might run into another guest is while parking.
