Direct view of the Bluewater Bay Marina, this studio apartment has been fully renovated and just listed. Direct access from the parking spot, ground level. Open floor concept with a queen bed plus two convertible single sofas (perfect for accommodating two kids) Patio overlooking the the Marina.
Away from the busy traffic of Destin but still 15/20 minutes from the best beaches, is a perfect place to stay and unwind.
Enjoy the next door Marina with all the amenities:!
The space
The studio has been completely furnished with a coastal theme in mind, that's why we decide to call it "Sailing cove", your chairs on the patio will let you enjoy the Marina life like you are on a boat docked next to them.
Guest access
You will access through a door that has two separate units. The unit 1A is the one on the right and that door will be your main entrance.

Fun stay at the Marina

Our stay was exactly what would be expected for a studio condo. Staying at the Marina was so convenient and fun. We visited my dad at Brookdale, and paddle boarded around the Marina, and kayaked at Rocky Bayou State Park, among other adventures. Having the Marina shop next door was a big plus since my daughter is addicted to ice cream!

A short quite getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The studio was clean, very well taken care of and newly updated. For me I really enjoyed the shower 😊 The neighborhood is very quiet and right around the corner is a really cool restaurant/bar right on the water. We enjoyed watching the boats come and go. There is plenty things to do in the area. We will most definitely be back.
