The upstairs in our stylish townhome features new TVs in every bedroom with fiber optic internet.
• Bedrooms: The oversized master bedroom boasts a new inviting king-sized bed with quality sheets, an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and separate shower. The second bedroom includes a nice contemporary queen-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has two twin beds perfect for adults or kids. All three have new Smart TVs in them with internet. All mattresses and bedding are new and quality.
• Bathrooms: The master bathroom features a spacious spacious garden tub and a separate shower, while the second bathroom includes a tub/shower combo for a relaxing soak. There is a convenient ½ bath downstairs.

We are just 5 miles from VPS Airport, making your travel convenient and stress-free. This property is also near three waterfront parks, plenty of marinas, Turkey Creek for tubing, and a nice fishing pier for the big catch! There is a pontoon rental place walking distance and you can be in Destin beautiful waters in 20 minute boat ride or the beaches of Destin are 10 miles away by car. Also Eglin Air Force Base, 4 miles away, is perfect for visiting military families.

Spend the day exploring the charming town of Niceville, where you can walk or float along Turkey Creek, (tubes available if needed), dine at beautiful waterfront restaurants, and enjoy a beer with live music and food trucks at 3rd Planet Brewer. Take a scenic walk through Rocky Bayou State Park or visit the fascinating Air Force Armament Museum.
