We chose this neighborhood because of the sense of safety and community it provides. Most of our neighbors are retired and have lived here for many years, which creates a calm, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere. It’s a place where you can truly feel at ease during your stay.
What we enjoy most is the peaceful setting combined with the convenience of being just 15–20 minutes from Jobos Beach and other local spots. It gives you the best of both worlds—quiet relaxation in a safe neighborhood, with the option to head out for sun, surf, and great food whenever you’d like.
