We stayed March 8–10 and had a fantastic experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made the stay relaxing.The welcome snacks were a great touch and a nice surprise after arriving. Small details like that really make a place stand out and show that the host cares about their guests’ experience.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout. We’ve stayed at Zermatt twice now and this property was a great stay for our short ski trip in Park City. Richard was a great host and would highly recommend this VRBO! Short drive to PC and the town of Heber is close with a lot of food options. We can’t wait to return!

We didn’t get to enjoy the pool.Everything was supper clean:) The host was super nice:)The kitchen did need more cooking pans. 1 glass was broken and I left it out. I did leave several things for yall to use if you wish. Would highly recommend the villa for your stay

The Zermatt itself is a unique spot for Utah. We are located in the Villas part of the Zermatt. These are individual condos. Our unit is Near the amenities and has one of the best views of the mountain. So in the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on the porch and feel you are in a cabin with the mountain right behind you.
