I read the reviews before booking. I found the place to be very nice and comfortable for my group. We had over 13 rentals/hotels for our large group of over 50. The pool was excellent as was the view. Wish we had longer to enjoy. Everyone had a great time. The house had everything we needed. I don't stress over small issues that occur no matter where you go. I would definitely recommend this place to all!!

Communication with host was terrible. Would not directly answer if we could check in early or check out late. 5 cup coffee maker for such large house didn’t work. No electric outlets worked in kitchens. A/C shuts off at night and windows very difficult to open. Won’t stay here again.

Appliances not in working order

While attempting to check in we didnt get the home code til after i contracted the host with no reply. The stove dod not work and we were basicly overnight guest. Our money spent in food was waisted. The repaor man showed up 3 hours later at just a few minutes to 10pm. The oven dod not reach temperature the next mornomg to cook a breakfast casserole. We ended up spending mpre money eating oit becauze the appliances dodnt work. Latwr in the day the microwave was not i. Workimg order. There is obviously an electrical problem there. The pool was green! The kitchen was dirty. The plug to the left of the sink does not work to power a tiny 4 cup coffee msker for a home thst holds 20. Not to mention the summons on the door for god knows what reason for non compliance. I would not recommend thishome if you plsn on cooking for your group. I have reached out for compensation with no reply from the host.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible by Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).
Almost everything is within a short drive from us
A few minutes to local dining, groceries, and retail (Grocery Store, Liquor Store).
This house is in a nice area close to I-95 and Fort Lauderdale Airport where also close to Dania beach and Hollywood beach. The house is great for Families, Big groups, business trips or Vacations
