We had a wonderful stay! The view was beautiful and the balcony was incredible — we spent so much time out there. The place was clean and comfortable, and having access to the kayaks and the waterfront was such a nice bonus. One small note for future guests: it can get a bit loud with live music nearby, but we knew that going in and it honestly didn't bother us at all. Would definitely stay again!

The house was very clean and QUIET! We loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The sunrises from the other side of the lake and it was so beautiful.

Super clean, great stay!

We rented the house for graduation weekend at Geneseo college. I highly recommend renting this property for visiting with a larger group instead of renting a hotel room when visiting the school, it was perfect for a relaxing grad weekend!!!We were very happy with the house, location and Mary Alice was a pleasure to deal with. She was super attentive and responded immediately when we texted her. I would recommend a stay here! The kitchen was perfect and the house was super clean, it won’t disappoint.
