This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Steve and Karen are so quick to answer any questions and the place had everything we asked for and more! We will gladly stay here again and recommend this to anybody looking for a wonderful vacation place to stay. We plan on coming back as soon as we can!

Karen and Steven are absolutely amazing! Their lakefront property is gorgeous! We loved the decor and how the home had everything you needed. We had amazing family dinners on the patio and the views are stunning, w did not want to leave! Check in and out was very simple and easy. I loved going to the dock and dipping my feet into the water, there were paddleboards and kayaks to use and we loved the beach fire pit! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay at Karen and Steve's place. Super clean and spacious for our crew of 5 adults and 2 dogs. Comfortable and relatively quiet. Theres a huge deck we hung out on, as well as an outdoor fridge by the bbq that was extremely helpful. The hosts were very friendly and caring. I believe they reside in the same home, so we didn't get too rowdy. Also the home is on a road across from the lake. Not alot of traffic but vehicles flew through there. Still a beautiful spot and we had alot of fun and laughs. Everything from kitchen ware to towels to beach toys were provided so that was extremely helpful

Our stay was everything we hoped for—a cozy, well-stocked retreat perfect for my wife, our 9 lb. dog, and me. The hosts were friendly and accessible when needed, yet always respectful of our privacy. We found the perfect rhythm of quiet moments watching sunsets from the patio, scenic bike rides, and reconnecting with family over dinner at Finz. A truly relaxing getaway.

Amazing Stay

Great property set up and hosts. So many bonuses. Truck and boat parking at property as well as a buoy to moor the boat right by the dock. Very impressed with everything and would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay

The retreat is a carriage suite attached but separated from the owner’s home. It is a beautiful property with a gorgeous view, and across the street to a small private beach with dock and fire pit. The owners are a lovely couple with two adorable dogs. They were responsive and friendly while also respecting our privacy. The only downside was noise from fast drivers when you’re enjoying meals/views on the outside deck, but that’s not something the owners can control.I highly recommend this retreat and would stay again!

There’s wonderful homes you rent on Vrbo and sometimes there’s wonderful people that rent those homes. This vacation property has both. You couldn’t ask for nicer people and the home is simply amazing. If you’re traveling with a pet, they leave a water dish and a food dish on the deck for you. There’s even a gate to keep your dog contained on the deck. Everything was absolutely wonderful and we really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans and glassware were perfect and you really could want for nothing. Even the beds were extremely comfortable. Thank you very much Mr. and Mrs. Probert for sharing your amazing home with us. We will be back again!
