Spacious corner lot house with plenty of outdoor space in an ideal location for vacation, business travelers and traveling medical professionals. 10 minute drive to ILM International Airport, 5 minute drive to Wrightsville beach, 10 minute drive to hospital. Shopping and restaurants all within a 2-10 minute drive.
It has been stylishly furnished with a new memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen, roku tv and plenty of comfy seating. Utilities, washer, dryer and wifi are included. No pets and no smoking. Shed storage is available for a bike and beach gear if needed.
