Convenient location for walking to riverfront viewing of Fourth of July fireworks. Home was clean and great for our group of two adults and 3 teenagers. Communication with host was quick and easy. We would definitely return if our plans brought us back to Wilmington.
We really enjoyed our stay in Wilmington at this property. It was walkable to downtown, as well as to a local pizza place, Crossfit gym, and retro arcade, which was great with kids. It was also an easy location to get to main roads, and about a 20 min drive to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and the house provides a nice location to relax and sit on the porch after you’re done exploring for the day. The availability of laundry machines was a big plus, given the heat during the week we stayed. The host was very responsive when we messaged, and the check-in and check out instructions were clear, complete, and easy to follow. We would absolutely stay here again if returning to Wilmington.

Nicole, thanks for your kind words! We're thrilled you enjoyed your stay and sure hope you can come back. Safe & happy travels!
House was perfect for our visit to tour UNCW. Close to food and shopping and close to several beaches. A little loud at times due to planes/military choppers but that is to be expected in the area. Property was spotless and host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.
Anna was very friendly and easy to talk to and very responsive. Pets are allowed easy walk to old town Wilmington two rooms with queen beds, one with two twins . Open concept I’m very comfortable.
The house was comfortable and cute! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of coffee shops and downtown. We would stay there again
We enjoyed our week stay here. The host was responsive, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. They even had a high chair and pack-and-play for our toddler. The airplanes were loud occasionally but that would be true of anywhere in downtown. We were overall very happy and would recommend this host to anyone coming to the area.
This is such an awesome property! The Neighbors were wonderful and so nice. The owners across the diagonal street, which we learned is the only diagonal street in Wilmington, told us all about the area and even toured us around their renovated house. We were fortunate to meet Miss Gloria at the end of the diagonal street, and we were able to view her glorious garden. When parking here just remember that you don’t park in the church parking lot but rather across the street in the big grassy area. When locking the back door from the inside, turn the door handle down so that you can engage the deadbolt. We loved hanging out on the front porch. We went to a concert at Live Oak and walked there in 26 minutes. I felt safe at all times. The area is really quiet. I would definitely book this house again. The person in our group who slept on the sleeper sofa, said it was the most comfortable sleeper sofa she had ever slept on.
Very nice home. Our family enjoyed our stay there! We would recommend the home to anyone looking to stay in Wilmington. Owner replied in a timely fashion to any questions that we had leading up to the stay.
House was nice, had everything we needed for a quick stay. WiFi was terrible, couldn’t stay connected for long enough to do some work on my laptop so that was disappointing.
