The guest has to pay a security deposit of 3,000 THB at check-in date and will be refunded at check-out date
Booking confirmation of 50% of total amount of the stay is non-refundable and date cannot be changed once booking is confirmed
Tenants are responsible for any loss and damage of the property

Late check out can be request and will be charge the equivalent of 1 night stay.
