This renovated and newly furnished condo is on the second floor of Renegade Condominiums. This community offers gated access, pool w/ grilling area, on-site laundry facilities, and a reserved parking spot just for you. There is a secure pedestrian back gate that allows you a very short walk to the football stadium, campus, and College Town. Tallahassee local favorites like The Palace Saloon and Momo's Pizza are also just a short walk away. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig, coffee pods, spices, and utensils for your use. This updated condo is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying all that Tallahassee has to offer.

Want to visit Tallahassee for game day but not deal with the hassle of traffic and parking on campus? This beautiful condo is located steps away from Doak Campbell Stadium and a short walk to other FSU sporting events. Situated near College Town which is beaming with restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Only 2 miles from the Donald L. Tucker Civic Center, Cascades Park, the Florida State Capitol, and downtown Tallahassee. The condo is only a 12-minute drive from the Tallahassee International Airport.

This bright and airy one bedroom, one bathroom condo was recently renovated. Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa and enjoy the 55” smart TV. Free WiFi included.

Walk to Momo’s pizza or dine-in in the full kitchen equipped with cookware, utensils, dishware, and limited spices available for use. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee with the included Keurig and K-Cups.

Enjoy a great night’s sleep in the king bed with gel memory foam mattress (sheets and duvet included). The bathroom includes a high pressure rainfall shower. Bath towels and pool towels provided for your comfort.

Community:
Enjoy the safety of a gated community. Guests enjoy access to the community pool and laundry facilities. The designated parking spot (space 102) is located just below the stairwell leading to the second floor condo. There are 20 visitor spots available in the complex, HOWEVER, all visitor parking is reserved on home game days.

Outstanding! A great location in the central Tallahassee/FSU area. The accommodations are well laid out and beautifully appointed. It was a seamless check-in and check-out with great communications with the host (even checked in during a tropical storm!). Gavin is the perfect host. It’s one block from Doak Campbell stadium. The 1 bedroom apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated. He includes every amenity. From stadium seats and beach towels to a complimentary bottle of wine, Gavin has thought of everything. He even left change for the laundry! I was very comfortable. I hope that I can stay here again.

Opening Game Visit

We loved our stay at the Renegade. It is an older apartment complex but very clean and updated. We had a little issue with our truck begin too big for the parking lot (its a little tight) but the host and property manager were very quick with a resolution! We walked to the stadium for the game (it is a very quick walk). Even had time to enjoy the pool area! Already reserved it again for another game and highly recommend!

The host Gavin is great and VERY accommodating. With flight delays, we arrived at almost one in the morning, but he was ready to buzz us in the gates complex. The accommodations were great and the pics are very accurate. The location is second to none if you are attending a football game or visiting a student at FSU. We are an easy 5 min walk from Collegetown. The condo had all the necessities and a few extras (coffee and bottled water). We will certainly stay there again.
