The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the large dining table comfortably seats your entire group, making it easy to host group gatherings. When it’s time to unwind, relax in the inviting living room, where you can enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while reading a book or catching up on your favorite shows.

The main floor features a primary bedroom complete with a King bed and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the main floor, is ideal for families, offering 2 bunk bed and an additional bathroom with a stand-up shower. Head upstairs to the loft area, where a delightful window overlooks the living room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Here, you’ll discover the master bedroom, a serene retreat completes a Queen bed, its own TV and a private ensuite bathroom for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind the unit.

Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.

The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-7minute walk, or 1 minute drive. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. The construction work is suppose to be completed by mid June 2025 on the building that houses unit 114
