O apartamento e ótimo arejado e um excelente local.

Minha estadia foi boa quanto ao imóvel não tive poblema o apartamento e muito bem cuidado e limpo o que tive transtorno foi com vagas já que o imóvel só tem uma vaga e fui com dois veículos tive que deixar um na rua e tive meu carro alagado por uma forte chuva que caiu, então recomendo não deixar carro na rua para não ter dor dê cabeça . Mas o apartamento compensa e só ir com um veículo.

Todos adoramos a estadia no apto. Achamos um ambiente limpo, cheiroso, aconchegante, ótima localização, área de lazer organizada e limpa, condomínio conta carrinhos que facilitam a chegada e a saída do apto com bagagens, e o proprietário José Carlos super atencioso. Com certeza voltaremos e indicaremos aos amigos. OBS: So uma coisa dica construtiva para melhorar mais ainda os dias de descanço: Wi-fi, mas mesmo sem pudemos aproveitar bastante da estadia!
