Sunny Harbor: Ocean View Condo, New Kitchen & Bath, Private Beach

Brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom, new 65" LG TV! One-bedroom condo in the private community of Club St Croix, with private beach access and a breathtaking ocean view from the kitchen through to the patio. Enjoy the big pool, hot tub, bar and restaurant.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. A built-in under-sink water filter with a separate drinking water faucet means no need to buy bottled water.

THE CONDO
The condominium complex faces east, into the continuous tropical trade winds, so air conditioning is rarely needed. Open, airy floor plan of 932 sq ft with 8'7" ceilings. The open seaside gallery is accessed through triple 8' sliding doors.
Island style living room with a queen-size sofa bed with recliner and blackout curtains. King-size bed in the bedroom, where curtains plus blinds keep the room nearly dark.
New 65" LG TV with premium cable, local phone and full Internet.
Water and electricity are supplied by WAPA. There is a large cistern for backup water and an emergency generator for security lighting and refrigerator operation.

THE COMMUNITY
- Large, groomed sandy beach with 6 tiki huts and lounge chairs
- 25-meter lap pool and a hot tub, with umbrellas and lounge chairs on the spacious pool deck
- But Ter resto + bar at the pool complex: family-friendly comfort food at reasonable prices, with Sunday brunch
- Large picnic gazebo with a gas grill and separate picnic table
- 1 lighted tennis court and 4 pickleball courts
- Guest laundry (token operated) by the pool
The Reception office provides rackets, snorkel gear, beach towels, laundry tokens and more. Feel free to ask them for advice and help planning your trips and activities on the island.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have the entire condo to yourself, plus full access to the community's private beach, pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, picnic gazebo and guest laundry.

GOOD TO KNOW
This condo is privately owned and managed separately from Club St Croix Beach and Tennis Resort. You still get the resort features and services, including Reception, cleaning and more, in a quieter residential community. Just about everything a resort offers, except a gym and a busy lobby.

Great property!!

We had a great stay! We were surprised to not see a single insect inside or outside. Its a good location to get all over the island. It would have been nice for the hedge in front of our balcony to be trimmed so we could see the beautiful view sitting on the patio. But everything else was superb!

The room was well equipped and clean.

The room was nicely equipped, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, dive masks and coolers. The pool was ok. There is no restaurant. Pickleball play was good (3.0-4.0) The area around the unit is run down. The potholes will eat your undercarriage if you’re not diligent.

Everything as expected

The photos are true and accurate.Very quiet neighbourhood, parking always available. The resort staff are very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed chatting with them. The neighbours are very friendly. Not too far from several grocery shops, k-mart and gas stations.Well located in the middle of the island, so if you want to go to Pointe Udall or Sandy point, both ways, you are about 35 min drive from each end of the island.Condo very well equipped, full kitchen, shower freshly renovated, air conditioning works very well, beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.We highly recommend, we were very satisfied

Our conveniently located condo in the heart of the island's northern coast puts you just minutes away from everything you need. Reach Christiansted, shops, grocery stores, unique restaurants, and the harbor for boat excursions in just 5-7 minutes. Plus, it's only a 30-minute drive to the island's western and eastern ends. Everything you need is right here!
