About this property
Tiny Living/With all you need nearby-
15 minutes from SAU and Lee University. 25 Minutes from Hamilton Place area and 40 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. 35-50 minutes from Parksville Lake and the Whitewater Center.
This tiny home is bright and colorful with equipped kitchen and offers country living while still being close to town and shopping, hiking/biking trails, climbing/rafting spots and concert venues.
Cell coverage decent to good.
Please note the home has NO TV. It does have WIFI.
The space
Keypad entry means no keys to keep track of and self-check in.
The home is private and entirely for your use.
The Living Room is the second bedroom so it doesn't have both. It can be used as one or the other.
The floor can be somewhat cold to bare feet. We recommend bringing slippers or fuzzy socks in the winter.
The bathroom is small and simple with a toilet. The shower across the "hall" from the bathroom entrance and is a narrow stand- up shower and might be challenging for a larger individual.
There is no sink or mirror so teeth brushing would happen at the sink in the kitchen and hair styling/make up would happen at the mirror by the front door.
The home is on well water.
The bed in the loft is near the ceiling. It's really for sleeping and less for hanging out. A taller person wouldn't want to sit straight up in bed or they'd hit their head.
Other things to note
The loft bedroom is as pictured and requires mobility and a certain level of agility to use. People of large girth might find it uncomfortable to manuever. Guests with medical conditions which limit flexibility and balance to climb, bend, squat, or twist might want to consider a place that offers a more traditional bed. Our loft bed is safe for those in good physical condition and who plan to stay in control of their faculties, ie. balance and judgement. Guests who plan to use faculty altering substances should use the loft bedroom at their own risk.
