Beautiful 3 bed/2bath updated cabin w sandy swimmable frontage & great fishing.

Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 full bath, lakeside cabin in Eagle River now available for rent!

Sleep 10 in beds very comfortably and with multiple great rooms (check out the completely updated basement great room), a screened in porch, plus a large deck overlooking the lake, there is plenty of room for your guests to spread out. Firepit, laundry, plenty of parking, oh and we have to mention Wireless internet that actually works really well!!!

Our cabin is right on the water with a sandy bottom making it great for swimming and using our 2 kayaks, canoe, rowboat & 2 stand up paddle boards (YES all included at no extra charge with your rental & include life vests!) Carpenter Lake is a full recreation, 339-acre lake in which you will catch Walleye, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass and Northern Pike. No large staircases outside, just a few landscape steps to get you to the level shore.

Minutes from the Eagle River chain, Eagle River, tons of bars and restaurants, mini golf, go carts, horseback riding, too much to mention. Our cabin has created so many amazing memories for our family and friends, we are excited to open it up to your family to create some amazing memories of your own!

Great location- our cabin is right on the snowmobile trails and ATV trails!

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The views are beautiful and the location is quiet and yet not a secluded feeling. Comfortable furniture and bed along with a very nice bathroom and shower downstairs. The home was well equipped and extremely clean and relaxing. Great communication with Mike.

Our week at the cabin

We had a great week at the cabin. Stayed with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, our two young granddaughters, and our dog. The cabin was great and had a perfect feeling of a traditional cabin with all the modern amenities . Property was nicely secluded and the lake was quiet most of the time. We enjoyed the SUP’s they had there as well as the kayaks and canoe. Fishing off the pier was great and we (our grand daughters) caught tons of pan fish.

We had the best stay here! The view was amazing and the kids had a blast on the paddle boards and kayaks. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Short drive to downtown and grocery store. We definitely will be back!

Great Weekend spot or stay for a week!

This is a beautifully located home with classy decor and lovely inviting lake front! Boat, paddle boards, kayaks and canoe are all in very good condition and a fun experience for all! My children thoroughly enjoyed fishing for blue gills! Even caught a few whoppers while in the row boat! The host was very responsive and was always quick to help!

Peaceful and Quiet Getaway

This is a beautiful place with an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a great view of the lake. Extremely clean and comfortable accomodations throughout for our group of four adults. Peaceful and quiet location on the lake with a great pier with morning and afternoon sunshine. Able to catch some panfish off the pier. Enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddleboards.. Property manager was very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful Property on a Relaxinf Lake!

My family (me, my husband, and our 2 boys - 5 and 8) does an annual trip to Eagle River every summer but this was our first time, and definitely not last, staying at this beautiful property. The location was perfect - off the beaten path enough for peace and quiet but a quick ride to town for groceries, etc. The lake was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed spending time on the beautiful dock while our kids fished and swam. We loved using the paddle boards and fishing boat! The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager, Mike, was super responsive and available for any questions we had. This has been our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in so far on trips to the Northwoods! Can’t wait to come back!

Nice home; clean with all the amenities that one would be looking for. Excellent lake view and nice property, There were a few issues which prevented a 5 start rating. We were unaware the lake did not have a public boat launch but were assured a neighbor would provide us access to their launch. This never happened so we were not able to get a boat on Carpenter lake. We ended up having to do daily rentals on the chain instead. When we arrived the smoke detectors in the home were chirping due to low batteries. They couldn't get anyone out to correct the problem and asked us if we would try to fix ourselves. We changed the batteries on 3 detectors but 2 were still chirping so we were forced to disconnect them form the ceiling. Not sure what the response would be if a more serious problem had occurred with the home? Maybe something to consider if renting? Overall was pleased with the home.
