📋 Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25+ to book (HOA RULE) (rental agreement & government-issued ID upload required) | Maximum 9 guests
• No pets allowed.
• A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 7 days before arrival and released within 3 days of checkout (or once the property has been cleared of damage).

🧳 What to Bring
We provide a starter supply of essentials to get you through your first day — including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags.

For the rest of your stay, please plan to bring or pick up additional items, such as:
☀️ extra paper products and trash bags
☀️ toiletries and personal care items
☀️ condiments, spices, and cooking oil
☀️ dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters
☀️ beach towels, sunscreen, umbrella, and beach toys

Some items may already be in the home from previous guests, but we recommend coming prepared or making your trip to the store AFTER checking in so you can check out what you really need.
