We loved staying at the One Riverfront Condos at the Westin/Avon. We've stayed in the hotel many times over the past several years, and watched this development being built. Everything was immaculate, AC was important this year with it being so hot in Colorado this summer. The linens, appliances, view, just the right size for the two of us. We loved having a full size kitchen during the week, and the washer and dryer. We used the shuttle at the Westin for rides to Vail Village and Beaver Creek daily. Separate pool and hot tub for the condos, but you can use the amenities at the Westin as there is the daily fee you must pay, even if you don't plan to use the main pool, spa, exercise facilities. Free parking place in garage below, and our large truck did fit for anyone with a F250. Walking distance to City Market, Foods of Vail, a fly shop and other shopping/restaurants. Walk right outside your door to the trail and Eagle River. Front desk always friendly, and the coffee maker in the lobby every morning for free latte was a big plus. Randy was an amazing host and very responsive.

Great stay at One Riverfront (Westin next door)

Randy was a great host with excellent communication and support. The place was exactly as presented…well appointed, convenient to amenities of Westin and Gondola. It was perfect for two (would have been tight for four even though there’s a sofa-bed). The 60 resort cost daily is a bit steep but we enjoyed the gym, ski valet and shuttle convenience so was worth it. The East-West (on-site management) was very helpful (much more knowledgeable about how to get around than the Westin staff)! We would definitely stay here again when back in Avon/Beaver Creek!

Very loud property when we stayed this winter for skiing. The kids were delayed an hour for ski lessons when the valet lost their skis. It turned out that the skis were left outside at the valet stand overnight. When I attempted to bring the situation to the attention of management, they would not speak with me stating they were too busy. I requested a refund for the expensive valet service but never heard back. Guessing I shouldn’t expect any better as a working mother traveling with her kids to the mountains.
