MODERN and STUNNING views from 12th floor of the Gulf of Mexico & Pool!
Direct views from north (Tigertail) to south of Gulf of Mexico and Pool from wrap around balcony! Glass doors open from both living and Master bedroom onto balcony. Enjoy this newly modernized building, 12 floors up, Tower 2 (workout/gym facility resides in this Tower only) with all the amenities (pickleball, paddle board, boat slip). Restaurants, shopping all walking distance. Separate balcony from Catwalk display the entire Island from kitchen side.
Each bedroom has private bathroom. All furniture is “Robb And Stuckey” so you won’t have to worry about comfort and sleeping well! This luxurious unit underwent bran new carpentry and paint in 2023. High end furniture and flooring. Bran new AC IN 2023 installed. Patio furniture bran new and very high end as is furniture. Bran new Smart TV’s in both Living and Master Bedroom with cable, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. Kitchen provides newer appliances. Ice and water from refrigerator. Expresso Nespresso w/froth maker and Coffee Machine!
Although this condo is not conducive to small children, I do allow from 13 years old.

Janelle’s Jewel
We were Janelle’s first renters. We stay at VIRBOS all over Florida and without question she was amazing to rent from. She let us check in early and leave late to accommodate our schedule. She was always easily reachable and even meet us there to help us get set up with parking passes etc. Her unit is stunning, the furniture and beds are extremely comfortable, and the view from the lanai is gorgeous! Her kitchen is fully stocked, right down to a drawer full of spices and every kitchen appliance you would need for monthly stays. This condo is definitely for adults and not youngsters with an elegant white sectional and glass vases/bowls throughout the unit. South Seas West has tons of resort type amenities such as a warm heated pool, pickleball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a putting green, and bocce ball courts. You will feel extra safe in this gated community of friendly owners/renters. You even need a gate key to walk out of the complex! The shelling on the huge white sand beach is top notch. What a wonderful month we had at Janelle’s amazing piece of Marco Island paradise.
