Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Siesta Key. The condo was very clean and contained everything we needed and more. It’s steps away from the beach and pool. We would definitely stay there again!!

Best Condo we have had on Siesta Key

Very clean and very comfortable for five adults and two children. Ocean views on every side. Great pool. We will be going back to this one!

Beautiful beach, good location and clean condo.Some things to point out was that dryer didn’t work, the master bath was small and the mattress in master was like sleeping on cardboard. You have to pay for parking almost everywhere you go and it gets really expensive if you go out each day. Overall we had a great family vacation

We had a really nice time in this lovely condo. It was large, spacious and clean. The only negatives are that the washing machine (which is a washer/dryer combo) was a little confusing and took forever. Instructions would have been helpful as it wasn’t intuitive. We ended up hanging dripping wet things out on the deck, which worked but wasn’t ideal. Secondly, the rug in the LR was coming up at the edges and was a trip hazard. We had to put the hassock over a corner so that nobody fell. Lastly-please provide more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, and more than one bar of soap in the bathrooms. As it’s a large place, we had several people……Otherwise, we had a great time; the beach was close, the pool was delightful and you can’t beat the view!

Washer n Dryer was a combo unit. Dryer had poor drying quality. It took an average of 3-4 hrs. to dry every single load of laundry. Room Thermostat was preset and could only adjust for a couple hrs. at a time, resulting in some cold nights for sleeping.Everything else was absolutely Stellar!

Nice condo, view and location!

Wonderful location, the washer/dryer combo never dried. The management company was wonderful to send the maintenance team and a service tech by but dryer still didn’t work, offered to have us use the washer dyer down the street, which was helpful but by that time our trip was almost over. The A/C wouldn’t stay on a lower number for more than a few hours at a time so nighttime’s were a bit tiresome waking up hot, but I’m sure it could be fixed with a call and a setting on the thermostat. Drains were slow in the bath sinks but nothing was so worrisome that we wouldn’t stay here again. Beach was amazing, pools were nice, the private beach also helped with the crowds for the 4th of July. Be aware, the villas at the entrance are being worked on from the hurricane damage last year, there was quite a bit of construction and a little weaving in and out in between working vans and dumpsters was required every time we left and came back.
