This cozy modern beautiful efficient space is full of style and functionality. There is a separate sleep area with sliding glass doors to completely enclose you in the resting space. Or you can watch TV on a 55-inch screen in the living space, eat at a bistro table, or work at an efficient workspace. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including a full sized fridge, microwave, cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. There is ensuite washer and dryer. The building has modern gym, full sized heated swimming pool, sauna, yoga room, and so much more. This is a top of the line secure luxury building. Everything is within walking distance, including trains, buses, restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Bell Centre, St. Catherine, Concordia, and McGill universities. If so inclined, you can take a short hike to Mount Royal.
