This gorgeous 2-bedroom penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, one block from the famous Medano beach, and only a five-minute walk to the center of Cabo and the Marina, can sleep 6 guests, having a King and a Day bed in the master bedroom, two Twin beds in the second bedroom and a Queen Sofa bed in the living room, There are two well-appointed full bathrooms, both with hair dryers. A fully fitted kitchen will take care of all your cooking needs, eat inside or Bar-B-Que on the spacious wrap around patio which has a beautiful view of the courtyard and pool or dine at the ‘Three Amigas Cantina’ poolside Restaurant and Bar, where they serve Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at great prices. Quiet mini split A/C's and ceiling fans in all rooms keeps you cool during the warm summer evenings. For your entertainment pleasure, there is a Large Flat Screen TV in the living room with hundreds of channels to choose from and Flat Screen TV,s in both bedrooms. To keep you in touch with the rest of the world this condo has its own dedicated Fiber Optic Internet service (150 Mbps) plus phone service with free Local & International calling.

In the Lobby of the main building, you will find a beautiful 'Nail Bar & Spa', 'Serrano’s Bar' and a 'General Store'. Also in the lobby is our concierge ‘Elly’ who will be happy to help you book your dinner reservations or book any of the many activities that are in Cabo and surrounding areas. Marina Sol has five buildings, in the middle is a lush oasis of grass, tropical flowers and palm trees, featuring one of the largest heated pools in Cabo San Lucas, where you can relax and enjoy the sun, if you are in need of refreshments, you will be happy with the swim-up bar or enjoy a relaxing time in the large Jacuzzi, also in the courtyard is a games room with a Pool Table, Table Tennis and two TV, s.

If you prefer the beach, a two-minute walk and you are on the golden sands of the beautiful Medano beach, one of the best swimming beaches in Cabo featuring wonderful restaurants and all kinds of water sports. Take a water taxi with the family to see the famous “Cabo Arch” and “Lovers Beach”. Another five-minute walk and you will find the center of town and the Marina, Cabo San Lucas has some of the best sports fishing in the world. Conveniently located are two Supermarkets and a large shopping mall, all about a two-minute walk. For your convenience there is a Washer and Dryer in the condo’s Laundry Room.

Perfect Location

Our family of 4 loved the location of this condo. Walking distance to the Marina and the beach. Easy access to restaurants, night life and excursions. The condo was spacious with everything we needed.

Loved the location, quality, and grounds. Perfect for us and our three teenage boys. Less than 5 minute walk to grocery store, mall, and beach. A few steps further to the marina.
Plenty of room for the whole family. Lots of towels to accommodate showers, pool, and beach.
We brought our inflatable paddle boards and there was plenty of space to keep them on the spacious patio.
An easy and quick drive to some of our other favorite beaches.

Marina Sol is a very quiet and beautiful complex, it features one of the largest heated pools in Cabo and it is surrounded by an oasis of Palm trees, exotic plants and grass, it’s the ideal place to relax while you are on vacation.
