Condo was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 6. We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio enjoying the amazing views. Elevators were out of service for a few days, but the building staff did an amazing job of operating the elevators manually, on call, until they were repaired. Dennis graciously offered a chance to move to a unit on the second floor, but thanks to the staff, we were able to stay on floor 11. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Daytona October 2024 weather update

The condo was in excellent condition and very clean. The amenities listed were spot on. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by hurricane Milton. The owners were extremely accommodating and offered us a plethora of options during this time . Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more .They were highly responsive and available for any needs . I 1000% would book again.

Upscale condo. Looks brand new. Top floor.

It’s nice staying in the penthouse because no one else is above you. You have a fantastic view and you're ocean front. Beds were comfortable and the place was well appointed with dishes, cooking utensils towels etc. we rarely even saw another tenant in the building. I think this was the largest condo we’ve ever stayed in four bedrooms and 3 baths. Thanks Dennis! Will be back.
